3. Product Information and Responsibility
Our products are made with high-quality materials, including natural latex, cotton, lycra, hardware, and elastic selected with care. Each item is designed to support aesthetic and wellness goals.
However, we recognize that every body is different. Results may vary depending on factors like consistency of use, individual lifestyle, and personal characteristics. Our products are meant to accompany and support your routine — not to guarantee specific outcomes. If you are pregnant, post-surgical, or have a medical condition, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional before using any compression garment.
There is no minimum age required to purchase. However, we recommend that any customer—especially minors—be properly informed about the product’s use, and seek supervision or medical advice when applicable. When in doubt, please consult a health professional.
Instructions for care, usage, and sizing are available on our website and product packaging. Fit and feel may vary depending on each garment’s design, fabric, and frequency of use.
By purchasing from Natural Shape, you acknowledge understanding the nature, usage, and care of our products. Therefore, you release Natural Shape from any liability related to adverse effects resulting from personal or improper use.
4. Purchase Process
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal and shipping information. Natural Shape reserves the right to cancel orders due to inconsistencies or clear errors in pricing, availability, or product description.
All orders are subject to inventory availability and payment validation.
5. Shipping
Products are shipped from either Miami or Bogotá, depending on the customer’s location. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on carrier, destination, or logistical factors.
Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees or import taxes upon delivery (applies to orders outside of the U.S. and Colombia). Please note: your package may not be released by the carrier without full payment of applicable duties.
Natural Shape is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (USPS, FedEx, local carriers) or due to force majeure.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Natural Shape does not accept returns or exchanges, except under the exceptional circumstances described in our Return Policy. Products purchased on sale are not eligible for refund.
In specific cases involving manufacturing defects or packing errors, customers may request a case review on the same day of delivery. The item must be unworn, stain-free (no deodorant or makeup, or any alteration), with all original tags and packaging intact. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility—except in cases where the issue is verified as an internal operational error by Natural Shape.
The inspection will be carried out at our Miami facility for orders shipped from the U.S. or internationally. For orders shipped from Colombia, the inspection will take place at our Bogotá facility. If the item fails to meet the stated conditions, no compensation will be issued.
7. Service Interruptions
Our website may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates. When possible, we will notify users in advance through official communication channels.
8. Legal Jurisdiction
Natural Shape operates from Colombia and Miami, USA. In case of any legal dispute, jurisdiction will correspond to the country from which the purchase was made.
