🔁 Return and Refund Policy
At Natural Shape, we take pride in offering intimate and personal products designed to enhance confidence, comfort, and natural beauty. Because of the delicate nature of our garments, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or tried on.
🕒 Return Request Period
We understand that exceptional situations can occur. If there is an issue with your order, you may request a case review on the same day you receive the product, under the following conditions:

The item has not been worn or used (including no makeup stains, deodorant marks, or any visible signs of use).

All original tags and packaging are intact.

You submit the proof of purchase.
Please note: once a garment has been unsealed or worn, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

To report an issue or request a special case review, please contact us at:

We’ll send you the instructions to evaluate your request and, if the issue is related to a verified manufacturing or fulfillment error on our part, we may offer a special discount or store credit as a gesture of goodwill.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted or processed.
🚫 Non-returnable items
For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, all items sold by Natural Shape are considered final sale.
This means:

No returns for size, style, or preference changes. Check your purchase twice.

No exchanges for opened or worn garments

No refunds for on sale, promotional or discounted items
⚠️ Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately. We'll review your case and provide the most appropriate solution.
📦 Return process and inspection
If a case is approved for review, the customer is responsible for shipping the item to our store in Miami or may deliver it in person to our physical location.
Upon arrival, the item will be physically inspected by our review team. To qualify for any compensation, the product must be in nearly new condition, free of any signs of use or alterations.
If the garment does not meet these conditions, no refund, credit, or exchange will be issued.
💳 Refunds (in rare approved cases)
If your case is approved for compensation, we may offer a partial refund, discount code, or store credit. Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 10 business days, to the original payment method.
Refunds are not processed automatically and are only approved on a case-by-case basis after inspection. Saturday are considered as business day for our Return and refund policy.
